Plas Hafod can offer a choice of two conference rooms seating between 15 and 150 people. Whether you are planning a small meeting or a large conference, Plas Hafod offers everything that you require.
Full conference facilities are available including:
- Morning tea/coffee on arrival
- Mid-morning tea/coffee & biscuits
- Hot buffet luncheon – menu will be arrange to suit your schedule
- Mineral water & cordials
- Standard equipment (pencils & paper, overhead projector & screen)
- Carousel projector & screen – £15.00 per day extra
- TV & VHS Video – £30.00 per day extra
- Flip chart & pens – £12.50 per day extra
- Microphone & PA System – £30.00 per day extra

The rates below include all of the features listed above:
- Daily Rate – £19.00 per delegate
- 24 Hour Rate – £90.00 per delegate (includes dinner, bed & breakfast)
